Aoran Hong
Founder / Partner
Aoran graduated from the University of Oregon, Department of Architecture as an undergraduate, and later graduated from the Johns Hopkins University, Carey Business School as a post-graduate, and has an on-the-job Ph.D. from the School of Economics and Management of Harbin Institute of Technology. During his ten years in the United States, he successively worked at Morgan Stanley and joined the New Commonwealth Investment as a partner to participate in the management of many investment and financing projects. He has extensive project management experience. After returning to China, he successively participated in there construction of Liangxiang University Town Road, Shenfu New District German Inspection Industrial Park, Gansu Tianshui International Art Exchange Center, Shenyang Police Academy Training Hall, Shenyang Hunnan City Study, AfricaRwanda RSSB Urban Complex Phase II, and other project consulting and management works. He has professional project management consulting experience abroad.
Liang Liang
Partner /Business Director
Liang Liang, graduated from the University of Oregon，master's degree in finance, member of China Democratic National Construction Association, the deputy secretary-general of the Liaoning Construction Metal Structure Association, and the deputy secretary-general of the Shenyang Prefabricated Construction Association. He is one of the founders of the company. He has been engaged in the front-line work of corporate financing and project management for a long time, led or participated in the investment and post-investment project management of more than 20 projects, and has rich experience in investment, financing and project consulting and management.
Danwei Wang
Partner / Principal Architect
Devon is a registered architect, LEED AP, and a member of the American Institute of Architects, Architectural Society of China. After receiving a master's degree inarchitecture from Cornell University, Devon has practiced architecture for many years in a variety of fields in both the USA and China. As an award-winningarchitect, Devon has completed lots of projects that won international. Priorto joining 3Xin-design, as a project architect and senior designer in bothlarge and boutique firms, Devon has gained extensive experience in designing residential, commercial and public building projects.

They graduated from Harvard University, Cornell University, University of Pennsylvania, Tsinghua University and other well-known universities. Many of the team members have the practice experience of international and domestic top design firms. They have rich experience and innovative thinking in architectural design, urban design, interior design and other design practice fields, and their works have won a number of international awards.
